Bruges (Belgium)
Brugge, capital of West Flanders in northwest Belgium, stands out for its canals, cobbled streets and medieval buildings .
Its port, Zeebrugge, is an important center for European fishing and trade. In the city center, in Bourg square you can find the hôtel de ville (Stadhuis), which dates from14th century and features a carved ceiling. Not far from there, the Grand Place includes a 13th century belfry with a carillon of 47 bells and an 83m high tower offering panoramic views of the city.
